Our loft conversions service is currently as just-build service, meaning you must provide us with existing pre-approved plans for us to build your loft conversion. We will conduct a site survey to confirm the feasibility of the drawings done by your designer/architect before going ahead with the work.
This will of course dependant on many different factors, including the size of your loft space, loft conversion style and materials used, as well as other factors such as the location of your property. To give you a very rough idea, a typical loft conversion build in London will cost between £25,000 - £50,000, with more complex conversions costing upward of £100,000 but this however, is quite rare.
As with cost, the time it takes to build your loft conversion will depend on the size of your loft space and complexity of the design. Smaller loft conversions can be completed in as little as 4 weeks and more complex ones such as hip-to-gable conversions can take 8 weeks or longer (not including painting and decorating).
